According to West Virginia Code §61-7-14, colleges and universities have the authority to regulate or ban concealed weapons from anywhere on campus including property grounds.
On July 1, 2024, The Campus Self-Defense Act goes into effect. This page will be updated shortly with information about where people can and cannot carry concealed firearms on campus.
